🛍️ Return Window – 3 Days
We accept returns within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
All tags, blouse pieces, and original packaging must be intact
An unboxing video is mandatory for any return claims
Return request must be emailed to support@satarathetradition.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 99289 32508
Once approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup (if serviceable). If not, you may return via your preferred courier.
💡 Note: ₹75 reverse logistics charge will be deducted from refund for prepaid orders.
🔁 Exchange Window – 7 Days
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions:
Item must be in original, unworn condition
Exchange allowed only once per order
Subject to stock availability
If preferred item is unavailable, we offer store credit or refund
📦 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1
Email us at support@satarathetradition.com or WhatsApp us. Include:
Order ID
Reason for return/exchange
Unboxing video
Step 2
We’ll review your request within 24–48 working hours. If approved, we’ll share pickup or return instructions.
Step 3
Pack securely using original packaging + invoice. Ensure product is protected to avoid transit damage.
📝 Returns without original packaging may incur a ₹99 deduction.
Step 4
Once we receive your parcel, a quality check will be done. If approved, refund/exchange/store credit is processed.
💸 Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer
Self-Courier Returns: ₹99 reimbursed as shipping credit
Refund Timeline: Within 5–7 working days after QC approval
❗ Important Exclusions
We do not accept returns/refunds for:
Altered/customized products
Sarees with cut/tampered blouse pieces
Sale or clearance items
Items damaged in return transit due to poor packaging
Requests without unboxing video
Requests made after 3/7 day window

One-of-a-kind or artisanal pieces with handmade imperfections
Stitched-to-size or customized orders
Items tagged under “Limited Edition”, “Antique”, or “Treasure Collection”

Valid for 6 months
Use in one transaction only
Not combinable with other offers
Non-transferable
Cart value must match or exceed coupon value
